JOHN 'PAPA' GROS
Louis Michot
Louis Michot is best known as the fiddle player and lead-singer for the Grammy award winning Lost Bayou Ramblers, but his passion for Louisiana French and local folklore, and sustainability in the fastest disappearing landmass in the world are what fuels his career as a musician. With over 20 LPs under his belt, his music career continues to push the boundaries of the Louisiana French music traditions.
We are proud to be bringing Louis and his band to Bay St Louis for an authentic cosmic cajun Zydeco experience. This night will not only highlight his music and the traditions of French Cajun Culture, but there will be live projections carefully curated by the production team as well as a swampy stage setup. Prepare yourself for a mind and eye opening evening featuring one of the region’s leading ambassadors of culture and music. Allons Dancer!
Doors open at 7 pm and show starts at 8 pm. DJ Doug Funnie will spin records from 7 to 8 pm and then Louis Michot will take the stage! Get your tickets here!
